Dental Receptionist Role Overview

As the primary point of contact for patients, the Dental Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service to patients via phone and in-person interactions.
* Efficiently manage patient bookings and appointments with attention to detail.
* Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
