About the Role
Spinify is a leading engagement and gamification platform helping organisations around the world drive employee motivation, productivity, and performance. We're a fast-growing SaaS company — and we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own our lead generation engine and help us 10x our pipeline.
This is a full-time, fully remote role with real ownership. You'll develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels, with direct responsibility for customer acquisition and growth.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns across search (SEM, SEO, AEO), social media advertising (LinkedIn, Meta), and email marketing
* Own and optimise paid advertising budgets across Google, LinkedIn, and G2 — strategy, execution, and performance
* Analyse marketing performance data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and make fast, data-driven decisions
* Continuously test and iterate on marketing strategies to improve efficiency and return on investment
* Build full-funnel demand generation campaigns that create and capture demand from our ICP — not just harvest existing intent
* Optimise landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnets to improve traffic-to-lead conversion rates
* Lead the rebuild and ongoing optimisation of our Webflow website in partnership with a design agency — owning the brief, feedback process, and final output
* Own HubSpot end-to-end — managing and optimising all marketing processes including lead capture, nurture workflows, lifecycle stages, and reporting
* Produce detailed performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders, tying marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
* Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing and customer acquisition
* Proven track record driving successful B2B digital marketing campaigns with measurable pipeline impact
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and web analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot, or similar)
* Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, AEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and marketing attribution
* Expert experience with Hubspot marketing automation
* Confident working in all things Webflow
* Excellent analytical skills — you can interpret complex data and turn it into clear, actionable decisions
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present performance insights to stakeholders in a remote environment
* Passion for staying current with digital marketing trends and testing new approaches
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
