We are recruiting for the biggest brands in Real Estate. Our clients are looking for driven, hungry & energetic entry-level candidates to train and guide them through their real estate careers. Working with young, social, and vibrant teams, these Real Estate Agencies are the BEST of the best. No experience is required; just a Certificate of Registration, driver's licence and a reliable car.
Responsibilities
* Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
* Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
* Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
* Administration support to property management teams
* Conduct ingoings, outgoings, routines
* Liaising with tenants
* Training to become a property manager
Candidate
* Real Estate experience is preferred however not essential
* A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Must be immaculately presented
* Must be energetic & have a can-do attitude
