As a result, we are always keen to connect with talented Electrical Engineers across all levels, from Intermediate through to Director.

The opportunity
You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team delivering electrical building services solutions across a diverse range of projects. From detailed design through to project delivery, you'll play a key role in shaping high-quality, sustainable outcomes for our clients.
Depending on your level of experience, your involvement may include:
* Electrical design across power, lighting, communications and associated systems
* Leading or supporting multi-disciplinary project teams
* Managing client relationships and contributing to business development
* Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team growth
* Driving innovation and best practice across projects
Our team works across a wide variety of sectors including commercial developments, social infrastructure, defence and major projects, providing exposure to technically interesting and impactful work.
About you
We're open to hearing from candidates at a range of levels, however you'll typically bring:
* Experience in electrical engineering within the building services consulting environment
* Strong understanding of Australian standards and building codes
* Experience delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, health, education or infrastructure
* The ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
For more senior candidates, we're also interested in:
* Proven experience leading projects and teams
* Client relationship and business development capability
* A desire to contribute to team growth and strategy
