Overview
This Physiotherapist role is based in the Newcastle area with Sublime Care. We are expanding our Allied Health Team and are keen to meet you. We provide person-centred and holistic support services to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.
Base pay range: A$87,000.00/yr – A$110,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience; discuss with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
- Deliver physiotherapy services to geriatric and adult patients.
- Work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to service delivery within CHSP or NDIS settings.
- Use outcome measures (DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mwt, VAS) to inform care planning and track progress.
- Travel to clients within the local area; autonomy to build a caseload based on your skillset.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the field and registration with AHPRA.
- Experience in CHSP or NDIS.
- Experience with outcome measures: DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mWT, VAS.
- Experience delivering services to geriatric and adult patients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Aged Care experience preferred but not required.
- Drivers licence and access to a vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
