Jetm3n Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and hands-on ICT Support Engineer to support, maintain, and troubleshoot ICT systems and office technology across client sites in Australia. The successful candidate will provide high-quality ICT support services, ensuring the smooth operation of systems, networks, and office technology for our clients and internal users
Key Responsibilities
* Provide on-site and remote ICT support to end users and clients
* Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot printers and scanners (essential)
* Support desktop, laptop, and mobile devices running Windows and macOS
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
* Assist with system administration tasks, including user accounts, access permissions, and backups
* Test ICT systems and equipment to ensure performance, security, and reliability
* Maintain accurate documentation of issues, fixes, and configurations
* Work closely with clients to deliver prompt and professional technical support
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in an ICT Support / Systems Support / Technical Support role
* Strong hands-on experience with printers and scanners is mandatory
* Solid working knowledge of Windows and MacOS environments
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
* Certificates, Diploma, or Degree in ICT or related field – desirable but not required
* Relevant industry experience will be highly regarded in place of formal qualifications
