About the Position:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Systems Lead Smart Completions to oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of the Smart Completions System across the Gladstone portfolio. This role will work closely with construction contractors, owners teams, and engineering stakeholders to ensure quality systems and processes are implemented consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Support the Project Lead in developing the Smart Completions System to reflect construction and commissioning requirements
* Assist construction contractors and self-perform teams with implementation of QA processes and documentation
* Work closely with key engineering stakeholders, with a strong focus on D5 engineers supporting the tailings facilities
* Undertake site inspections to ensure system alignment and compliance
* Track production, performance, and KPIs across assigned projects
* Identify, manage, and report on risks and opportunities associated with QA and completions activities
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proactive, efficient work ethic with a solutions-focused mindset
* Strong planning, prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* High attention to detail, particularly with plan interpretation and construction design
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and complex issues
* High level of personal integrity and accountability
* Exposure to complex, technically challenging projects, including tailings dam wall raises
