Skills & Experience
You will be a Public & Administrative Law Litigation Lawyer who really enjoys undertaking their own advocacy in the Admin Review Tribunal and Federal Circuit Court.
Your New Role
Will see you undertake work on a caseload of merits and judicial review matters, representing various Commonwealth Government agencies – including, in particular, the Department of Home Affairs – before the Federal Circuit, Federal and High Courts, and the Administrative Review Tribunal. You will enjoy drafting your own prospects advice, being involved in litigation strategies, drafting submissions, appearing yourself or instructing Counsel.
