We are seeking an experienced professional to join Cyber Security NSW as a key member of our team. This role will play a crucial part in developing and implementing comprehensive cyber security strategies across the NSW Government. Your expertise will help ensure the state's digital information and systems remain secure and resilient in the face of evolving cyber threats.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the NSW Chief Cyber Security Officer and other senior leaders in managing and leading the NSW Government during significant cyber incidents or crises.
* Developing and implementing effective cyber incident response plans that align with state and national protocols.
* Liaising with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical personnel, to ensure collaboration, coordination, and synergy among agencies.
To excel in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, experience in state and federal cyber security policies and frameworks, and the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders. A tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline or equivalent industry experience is also necessary. Additionally, the candidate must be an Australian Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a NV1 National Security Clearance, and undergo a police check.
