Build strategic client relationships while ensuring exceptional day to day operations and service delivery throughout the designated portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Build a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork, maintains high morale, and supports professional development of team members.Proactively engage with clients and stakeholders across multiple organisational levels to understand and meet expectations.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while implementing industry best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain building procedures, performance measures, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans.Take responsibility for workplace safety, report incidents according to protocols, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.Provide 24/7 emergency support, regularly review operations to reduce costs, and improve standards.Maintain accurate property databases, utilise management information systems, and ensure timely processing of documentation.Implement and maintain JLL's Operational Risk Management program, follow escalation procedures, and adhere to company business conduct guidelines.Sounds like you?
