**Opportunity**
Long-term contract with ongoing potential for Application Support Manager to look after the support of the Integration Platform for a large Federal Agency with Salesforce/MuleSoft platform and multiple digital assets. This is a team management position of 3 resources.

On-going contract, market rates, hybrid work flexibility and ability to be based out of Melbourne, Sydney or Canberra.

Successful applicants required to obtain NV1 AGSVA Clearance.

**Day to Day**
- Manage a team of 3 support specialists, providing coaching and support
- Manage and co-ordinate the backlog of production incidents, change requests, and system enhancements across integration platforms
- Develop and implement support processes and procedures
- Implement system logging, pro-active event monitoring, and automated alerting for the integration platforms using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
- Ensure support and operational activities are aligned to business prioritisation, ICT security and architecture patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Responsibility of the day-to-day running and operations of the Agency's integration platforms - including all required activities and tasks to ensure availability, performance and usability of systems for users.
- Perform operational tasks including access management and provisioning, internal reviews, control implementation and service transition activities.
- Develop and provide ad-hoc and regular reporting to meet both technical stakeholder and executive stakeholder requirements.
- Identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Initial 12-months with a further 12-months approved, and potential for ongoing extensions. Market Day Rate. Federal Executive Level 1.

Australian Citizens ONLY - with strong preference for Baseline Clearance or existing NV1/NV2.
