**About the Team**
Our client's legal and governance team is an independent group of lawyers protecting the wider business. The team is at the forefront of business operations and conduct highly important work assisting business processes for their real assets division.
**The Role**
This role presents an exciting opportunity to focus on company secretary and corporate governance where you will work to support the businesses Real Assets business unit.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
- Management of board and committee meetings, acting as secretary and minute taking;
- Day-to-day company secretarial support and statutory record maintenance including board approvals, board paper collation.
- Overseeing the life cycle of entities and adhering to internal policies and procedures;
- Provision of company secretarial support to the real assets business during transactions and other ad-hoc projects as required
**About You**
Our client is seeking an experienced company secretarial & corporate governance professional with between
- Knowledge and experience in corporate governance practices;
- Strong organisational skills to manage competing demands;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- The ability to work well in a dynamic and exciting team environment.
- Governance Institute of Australia accreditation (desirable but not essential).
