Project Administration Support Role

As a Project Administration Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of projects. This includes finance tracking, procurement, contract administration and executive coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing administrative assistance to project teams to meet deadlines and deliver results.
* Managing financial records, including budgets, invoices and expenses.
* Coordinating procurement activities, including purchasing and contracting.
* Administering contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.


Requirements

* Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support in a project or executive setting.
* Ability to quickly learn and apply new procedures, systems and organisational policies.
* Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases and large corporate systems.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, respectful approach to internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities, use initiative and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
