Forensic Mental Health Clinician Opportunity in the Grampians Region
This is a multidisciplinary role that provides specialist services to individuals who have a serious mental illness and are at risk of offending.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve outcomes for consumers and their families. This includes improving access to Forensicare's services, developing professional relationships with relevant agencies, and providing consultation services on complex forensic mental health issues.
About the Role:
* Proactively develop and maintain professional relationships with relevant stakeholders.
* Provide specialist primary, secondary, and tertiary consultation services on complex forensic mental health issues.
* Contribute to consumer risk management plans in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
* Mental health experience, including forensic mental health risk assessment, care planning, and service delivery.
* Demonstrated ability to undertake comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments.
* Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in mental health.
