The Role
Collie SHS is seeking a Program Coordinator – School Operations to join their Leadership Team.
The role plays a vital aspect of ensuring the day-to-day operations of the school are run in a smooth and systematic way.
Ideally, with outstanding communication and leadership skills, the successful applicant for this role will work in a shared, collaborative arrangement with the Executive Team to perform the following roles:
Manage daily teacher relief requirements
Manage Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (OLNA) and National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN), including timetabling, staff training
Attendance and Census compliance
Compass – Excursions Events and third-party approvals
Term rosters for duty
Examination and Externally Set Task (EST) Timetables, scanning and uploads of EST's
Co-ordination with School of Isolated and Distance Education (SIDE) for Exams
Small Group Tuition compliance and reporting
Reporting to parents, overseeing the consistent input of data and compliance
Staff Professional Learning and trade-off register
Additional operational duties that may be deemed necessary by the principal.
This role will have a teaching component attached to it utilising the strengths of the successful applicant.

Teachers and School Administrators employed at Collie Senior High School in **** are eligible to receive a temporary of $***** (pa, gross – to be adjusted pro rata for FTE and tenure).
Eligible staff will receive a percentage of this payment on commencement at the school, with the remainder paid at the end of the school year.
Staff must remain employed in the location until the end of the school year to be eligible to receive the second payment.
The temporary ARI payment is in addition to other incentives that may apply in this school.
