About the role: Are you ready to take the reins and drive transformational outcomes in inventory? CSR is on the hunt for an influential and experienced Regional Inventory Manager to lead strategy and performance across multiple sites. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in optimising supply chain performance, driving customer satisfaction, and embedding operational excellence into every corner of the business. What You'll Be Doing: Craft and execute a smart, regional inventory strategy focused on optimisation, agility, and results. Align people, processes, and purpose—championing collaboration across state branches, suppliers, and business units. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation and consistency through best-practice solutions. Partner with stakeholders to overcome challenges, unlock efficiencies, and deliver with precision. Monitor key inventory metrics—turnover, accuracy, and costs—with relentless attention to continuous improvement. Embed a culture of safety and compliance with CSR's Zero Harm commitment. What You Bring: 3 years in inventory management, supply chain or logistics leadership. A track record of leading high-performing teams and building a culture of accountability. Big-picture thinking—able to develop strategies that balance customer, commercial, and operational outcomes. Strong understanding of Lean methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement. Sharp analytical skills with the systems know-how to back it up. Clear, confident communication and a naturally collaborative style.
