Are you an experienced dental assistant looking to grow your skills in a supportive, patient-focused environment?
We’re seeking a motivated dental assistant to join our team across our three locations, Rockingham, Winthrop, and Harrisdale. This is a 4-day-per-week role (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) with opportunities to develop in both clinical and administrative areas.
About the RoleThis is a multifaceted position combining clinical dental assisting with some reception support. We value organisation, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to patient care. If you enjoy a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, this may be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for our Orthodontist and Therapist during patient appointments.
- Welcoming patients and ensuring a comfortable, smooth experience.
- Preparing and sterilising instruments according to proper protocols.
- Taking intraoral photographs, radiographs and 3D scans (iTero).
- Documenting treatment notes accurately.
- Assisting with patient enquiries, reception, and appointment bookings as required.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Dental Assistant (Cert IV preferred).
- Someone who is proactive, well-organised, and thrives in a busy team.
- A growth mindset. We’ll support your professional development with ongoing training both in-house and through our consulting partners.

- Tuesday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
