At Kool Beanz, we are seeking a passionate, dedicated Lead Educator who are ready to make a meaningful impact. We are currently inviting exceptional individuals to join the Kool Beanz family at our Suns Carrara centre. A purpose-built facility catering for up to 189 enrolments. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing organisation that is committed to excellence in childcare and early learning. You will:
· Lead the plan, implement and evaluate programs
· Support a team of educators to implement programs
· Follow the EYLF
· Connect with the local community, schools, and families
· Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
You will have:
· Diploma qualified in early childhood education and care
· At least 12 months’ experience in a lead role
· A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
· Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
· Paid working with children check (Blue Card)
· Experience leading and developing specific programs and routines
· Excellent communication skills
· Good computer skills, having the ability to navigate our online programming software
· Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude.
· Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education
· Be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
