Randstad is excited to announce our partnership with a prominent State Government Department in the recruitment of a Client Services Officer A02 This contract role is expected to run until mid-October with the possibility of extensions. Your key responsibilities
As a Client Services Officer, the incumbent will:
* Provide reception and administrative support
* Organise meetings and arrange appointments
* Maintain effective working relationships, and liaise effectively and professionally with all level of staff
* Liaise with other government organisations, solicitors, barristers, correctional facilities and victims and their families.
* Maintain skills to effectively use a range information and communication technology
Technical skills, abilities and cultural capability
* Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders and provide client centric services.
* Ability to use electronic office equipment, including computers, photocopiers and telephone systems.
* Experience in managing time, and prioritising competing tasks, preferably in a legal environment.
* Experience in use of computer software, including the Microsoft suite, as well as use of databases and other record management systems.
* Ability to work as a member of a team, and to work independently to deliver services.
* Professional approach to work, including a high standard of ethics and integrity.
