Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales and leasing professional to support the growth of our industrial property portfolio in South-West Sydney.
This role will focus on identifying and capitalizing on commercial and industrial sales opportunities on behalf of private and institutional clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in commercial/industrial agency sales or leasing, preferably in the South/South-West region of Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:
* Sales and Leasing: Pursue new appointments to act for organizations, analyze sales potential of properties, and build strong relationships with key account clients.
* Business Development: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, liaise with internal product lines to transfer opportunities between departments, and create and work with industrial systems to ensure superior property sales expertise.
* Marketing and Reporting: Prepare marketing submissions and client progress reports, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Requirements
* Currently operating in a commercial/industrial Sydney market
* University degree qualified (not essential) & Real Estate License
* Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, preferred
* Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with all levels of staff
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
