Opportunity
The Academic Performance team is looking for a Senior HR Adviser to play a key role in shaping the University's academic promotion, probation, and outside study program processes. In this dynamic role, you will develop deep subject matter expertise and use your knowledge to provide high-level advice and support. Your work will directly contribute to the success and progression of academic staff, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to excel. As a Senior HR Adviser, you will manage a small team, build strong relationships with stakeholders across the University, and provide expert advice and guidance to support and strengthen our academic workforce. Responsibilities
• Shape the academic promotion, probation, and outside study program processes
• Provide high-level advice and support on HR matters related to academic staff
• Manage a small HR team and coordinate support functions
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the University
• Deliver impactful HR solutions that support academic workforce development
Qualifications
• Proven knowledge of HR practices, including probation and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and network across an organisation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties
• Experience in providing expert HR advice and guidance to academic staff
