What success looks like in this role :
Gaining familiarity with Field Engineering practices and procedures.
Performing tasks with guidance or by following documented processes, including:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated software and peripherals.
Assisting with maintenance on products and devices.
Performing low-complexity installs, moves, adds, and changes on equipment and devices.
Ensuring client satisfaction during service delivery.
Meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and keeping incident/request tickets updated in the ticketing system.
Following outlined procedures and completing certification requirements.
Assisting with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications for success in this role :
Typically less than 1 year of experience in the area of responsibility.
