We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Leadership Expert to join our General Ward team at the Health Campus.
This autonomous role requires expert guidance on complex clinical decisions in collaboration with senior clinicians.
The primary focus of this position is the assessment, management, and ongoing care of patients admitted to the General Ward. The successful candidate will work closely with nursing teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement through data collection and quality initiatives, providing leadership, supervision, and training to Doctors in Training.
Beyond clinical duties, the Medical Leadership Expert will play a key role in mentoring junior doctors, contributing to the development of healthcare policies, and participating in quality assurance initiatives.
