About the Role
This role is suited to a confident and commercially minded lawyer who enjoys managing their own files, developing client relationships, and working across a broad range of property and commercial matters including:
* Commercial and retail leasing and property development agreements
* Subdivisions, real estate contracts and special conditions
* Business sales, asset sales and share transactions
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* 5+ years' PAE in commercial and property law (more senior lawyers are welcome to apply)
* The ability to manage files autonomously, with support where required
* Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
* A practical, commercial and client‐focused approach to legal advice
* Confidence in dealing directly with clients, agents, referrers and other professionals
* Ability to manage competing priorities
* A client focused mindset and dedicated to building a long‐term impactful career
