Are you a marketing coordinator or marketing admin looking for your next step? Do you want to broaden your experience and work with a global team on brand, campaigns, and strategy?
We're looking for a **Marketing Advisor**—someone with a couple of years of marketing experience who's ready to take on more responsibility and gain exposure to all aspects of marketing. This role is ideal for someone who's eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help shape how we connect with our audience.
In this role, you will work across a range of marketing and communications initiatives, supporting key team members including the Digital Marketing Lead, Content & Communications Lead, Visual ID and Brand Lead, and PR and Communications Manager.
Your curiosity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to learn will make you a valuable contributor to our marketing team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with team leads to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital and traditional platforms.
- Assist with project coordination, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals
- Assist in managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts.
- Track and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- Help maintain and update content on the Hassell website and CRM.
- Contribute to writing and editing content for newsletters, blogs, and media releases.
- Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the coordination of photography, videography, and other creative assets.
- Work with the Visual ID and Brand Lead to ensure all marketing materials align with Hassell's brand guidelines.
- Assist with the coordination of design assets for campaigns and events.
- Assist the PR and Communications Manager with media monitoring and reporting.
- Help coordinate press releases, media lists, and journalist outreach.
- Support the planning and execution of events, launches, and public relations activities.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a PR, brand, or digital agency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing trends
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and technologies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for brand building
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise effectively
