Administration Officer / Executive Officer
Our client is seeking an organised and professional Administration / Executive Officer to join their team in Salter Point on a permanent, part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to work school hours or 4 days per week, providing key administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and CFO while ensuring smooth daily operations across the organisation.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the CEO and CFO with administrative and secretarial tasks
Producing presentations, reports, and handling confidential matters
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating Board and delegate documentation
Taking minutes for Board, Delegate, and Annual General Meetings
Managing emails and correspondence distribution across departments
Assisting with other business matters as required
Being the link between departments and the CEO
Handling telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mail, and postage
What you'll need:
Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
Ability to work independently and support a leadership team
Full working rights in Australia
