Job Description
We are currently looking for a passionate and driven individual to take on the role as a full-time receptionist (or Guest Service Agent) with the flexibility to work 5 shifts a week on a rotating roster which may include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
The responsibilities:
* Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out procedures
* Handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
* Providing local knowledge and recommendations
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
* Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
* Supporting other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (hotel front desk experience preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Previous experience with Opera Cloud advantageous but not essential
* Reliable, team-oriented, and seeking long-term employment.
