We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our property management team as a Property Coordinator.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the maintenance of properties as requested, ensuring prompt attention to all matters
* Conduct outgoing inspections, including finalising bonds and ensuring seamless handovers
* Prepare and renew leases, as well as undertake rent reviews to maximise portfolio value
* Communicate effectively with tenants and landlords on a regular basis, maintaining excellent relationships
* Assist the leasing team with open homes and ingoings as required, providing support and guidance where necessary
* Manage and maintain all data entry and forms of correspondence in an efficient and timely manner
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, driving success and growth
Requirements:
* Proven experience in real estate, preferably in property management but sales juniors will be considered for this role
* Must hold a current Certificate of Registration/Class 2 Real Estate Licence, with a strong understanding of industry regulations
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* A minimum of two years' experience in administration within a similar capacity, with a proven track record of delivering results
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
* A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, with a clean driving record
