About the Role
Seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a business owner across multiple business venues and personal projects.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs before they arise, and enjoys being hands-on in both business and lifestyle administration.
You'll work closely with the owner to manage daily operations, coordinate tasks between teams, and handle a wide range of administrative, scheduling, and personal support duties.
Key Responsibilities
Business Support
Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
Liaise with venue managers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with emails, calls, and correspondence.
Prepare documents, contracts, and reports as needed.
Track business expenses, invoices, and receipts.
Support recruitment and onboarding (posting ads, shortlisting candidates, etc.).
Organise meetings and take minutes or action notes.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Personal & Lifestyle Assistance
Manage personal errands, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle personal purchases, reservations, and household coordination.
Assist with property-related tasks or projects.
Coordinate logistics for events or private functions.
Skills & Attributes
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Excel, Gmail, POS systems, social media apps).
Proactive and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Confident dealing with suppliers, trades, and professional service providers.
Hospitality or small-business admin experience highly regarded.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,****** – $65,****** per year
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
Work Location: In person
