Location: Alice Springs | Employment Type: Casual / Fulltime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
About the Role
This position is responsible for the accurate receipt and dispatch of goods in and out of the TSS Alice Springs warehouse. It also includes loading and unloading of trucks, documentation of quality inspections of applicable inbound components, cycle counting, and investigation of discrepancies. All procedures and policies are implemented as outlined in the Company's Quality Manual, and Environmental Health and Safety is considered and applied as per company guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Unloading and loading of trucks.
* Charging and topping up batteries in forklifts and recording in the forklift log.
* Carry out customer deliveries as per their specific delivery requirements.
* Perform cycle counting duties with a good knowledge of all locations and apply accurate counting skills.
* Replenishment of stock into pick locations; forklift driving and occasional lifting required; RF scanning may be required.
* Understand and implement company EHS requirements applicable to your role.
* Communicate with others in a polite and courteous manner.
* Present clear and legible documentation in writing and interpret written information.
* Work well in a team environment.
* Maintain housekeeping in line with business expectations.
* Strong understanding of WHS principles and a commitment to promoting and ensuring a safe workplace for all employees.
* Basic computer skills.
About You
* Current and valid driver's licence (HR/MR an advantage if applicable)
* Previous experience in warehousing or delivery driving (preferred)
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Reliable, punctual, and well‐organised
* Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Additional HRWL – forklift required
* Tailor it for construction, manufacturing, or retail
* Align it with Tracks Integrated Services
