Clinical Nurse Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will provide strategic leadership and direction to nursing and care staff, ensuring residents receive safe, holistic, and high-quality care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Current unrestricted registration as an RN with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Prior experience in a leadership role within aged care
* In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC
* A valid driver's licence
* Ability to obtain a police check or willingness to do so within 6 months
