Machine Operator – Nowra | Ongoing Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Machine Operator for an ongoing opportunity with a leading Nowra-based manufacturer specialising in coatings, waterproofing membranes, and resin systems for a range of industries.
Location: Nowra, NSW
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery in line with company procedures and safety standards
Assist in batching, mixing, and packaging processes
Perform manual handling tasks and maintain work area cleanliness
Maintain strict adherence to WHS protocols
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or process-based role (desirable)
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically fit – this is a hands-on, labour-intensive role requiring manual lifting and consistent movement throughout the day
Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
