HARP FAMILY MEDICAL – KEW EAST VICTORIA DIVISION 1 REGISTERED NURSE – PRACTICE NURSE 3-4 DAYS PER WEEK – (Start and finish time negotiable) Harp Family Medical in Kew East is a busy, family friendly, community orientated Practice, operating in the area for 30 years. Our Nurses are highly valued and respected members of our care team. We are seeking a dedicated and caring Practice Nurse to join our current Team of 2 nurses, who can provide clinical and administrative support to our GPs and our Neurologists. Current AHPRA registration is essential. Experience in a General Practice setting and Nurse Immunisation Certificate is highly desirable. Key responsibilities include:-. assisting the GPs and Neurologists in delivering medical service. patient triage. assisting with minor operations. performing ECGs. administering childhood and adult immunisations. iron infusions. wound care. ear washouts. conducting health assessments. managing recall and reminder systems. managing test results systems. treatment room management – sterilizing – stock management. maintaining infection control procedures Essential Criteria:- .Team orientated personality, excellent communication skills, multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills. .Compassion and professionalism Salary will be commensurate with experience and CV.
