As a key HR leadership role at Lactalis Australia, we are seeking a Head of HR Operations & Logistics to lead the people agenda across manufacturing and logistics sites to drive business performance and people development.
Reporting to the General Manager HR (Executive Committee), this role drives commercial outcomes through influence and coaching of site level HR Managers and Senior Leaders, ensuring people plans are aligned to the overall business and people objectives, by:
Responsibilities
* Introducing and effectively managing people, change and cultural development programs that build organisational sustainability and agility.
* Working with key stakeholders to deliver the budgeted labour cost for your remit, with a significant focus on price effect and productivity.
* Partnering with leaders to bring to life all talent management, succession planning, career development, performance management and employee engagement initiatives across the business.
* Oversight of all Employee Relations/Industrial Relations matters, including EBA strategy, negotiations, industrial change initiatives and case management to drive outcomes in line with business results.
* Ensuring strategic workplace planning processes are established for current and future needs and operationally with site HR to enable optimal labour mix and flexibility.
* Strategic talent acquisition, retention and high calibre sourcing, with a focus on internal promotion and successor readiness.
* Developing training plans to ensure capability to achieve business plans.
Qualifications
* Senior HR Business Partner/Manager experience across multiple manufacturing and/or logistics sites.
* Expertise in working with enterprise agreements including negotiation, implementation and instrument interpretation.
* Deep capability to influence and build rapport across senior leadership teams through advanced communication, stakeholder influence, and strategic thinking.
* A passion to deliver strong people outcomes, with well-developed coaching capability.
