About the Role:
Europcar is looking for a Customer Service professional to join their vehicle returns team at our Victoria location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and be able to maintain a level-headed approach in a busy customer environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with all staff to ensure vehicles are received and returned in a timely manner.
* Maintain excellence in customer service and damage standards; achieve all KPIs in these areas.
* Complete all administration accurately according to operating procedures.
* Process workshop vehicles following operating procedures.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and have flexibility in working hours, including availability during days, evenings, and weekends.
They will also have a full, valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience and car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
