ITechnology Australia is looking to engage additional IT Support technicians to keep up with the customer demand.
* A critical requirement is a very high level of time management skills and managing multiple priorities under pressure.
* Being able to work independently in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision is essential. The client IT managers may only be onsite one or two days a week and the candidate would have to work somewhat independently at other times.
* A strong level of L2 support is required. Candidates at the L3 or team leader level will have an advantage.
