We manufacture and procure a broad range of products for commercial and residential use such as laminate, engineered stone, and veneers so that all Australians can live in beautiful, practical spaces.Where Your Story Begins:We are seeking two experienced and safety-oriented Maintenance Fitters at our Cheltenham site in Melbourne.Position 1: Rotating ShiftsThe first Maintenance Fitter will ensure the plant and machinery in designated areas are properly maintained and operating efficiently, while considering costs and the production schedule. This position requires a good understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance.This is a permanent full-time position. Throughout the first 6-month probation period, you will work Monday - Friday on dayshift (6am - 2.30pm). Following the successful completion of your probation, the roster will become 24/5 rotating, 12-hour shifts - with regular OT available on both rosters.Week 1: 5 daysWeek 2: 5 nightsNo weekends: The 5 days and then 5 nights are consecutive minus Saturday and Sunday, then 7 days off. For example, you could start on a Wednesday, work dayshift Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday.
