About the role The Quality Assurance Manager roleis a Full-Time position, based at Yarraville and Scoresby, VIC. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will Lead, mentor and develop a high-performance culture with the team to optimise quality, operational efficiency and sustainability. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. In this role you will : Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past. Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufactured products to ensure compliance with internal specifications and standards. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including testing protocols and inspection reports. Train and support staff on quality control processes and standards. Assist in the preparation for external audits and regulatory inspections. Monitor industry trends and updates related to product standards and regulations. What you bring to the role Tertiary qualifications in a Science or Engineering Discipline - Desirable (preference for Manufacturing based activities) Experienced with Quality Management Systems Experienced in Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement program SAP experience an advantage but not essential.
