We are seeking a dynamic and values-driven individual to support our Business Support and People and Culture Branch. The successful candidate will undertake a range of accounts, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and WH&S responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake accounts, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and WH&S responsibilities
* Support both the Business Support and People and Culture Branch
* Use accounting software and HR systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in Human Resources
* Ability to work under direction from the Manager Business Support/People and Culture
* Sound understanding of payroll and accounts payable
* Sound understanding of awards and Fair Work conditions
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people
