We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced **Executive Housekeeping Manager** to lead our team at the brand-new DoubleTree by Hilton in the heart of Hobart.

**A Day in Your New Role**:
As our Executive Housekeeping Manager, you will lead your team with energy and expertise. Here's what your day might look like:

- **Planning & Coordination**: Set the agenda for the day, ensuring your team knows the key tasks and priorities.
- **Team Briefings**: Conduct morning briefings to prepare your team for the challenges ahead.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the hotel leadership team to achieve short
- and long-term quality goals.
- **Timely Delivery**: Ensure that rooms are prepared and delivered on time for guest arrivals.
- **Support**: Stay in touch with your team throughout the day, providing resources and support as needed.
- **Administration**: Manage Health and Safety protocols, billing, and rostering.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Ensure every guest receives service with a smile.
- **Effective Handover**: Close out the day with a thorough handover, ready to tackle tomorrow's adventures.
