Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Operate mobile cranes (up to and including 220t) safely and efficiently
* Perform advanced rigging duties, including installation, maintenance, and dismantling of rigging systems
* Collaborate with construction teams and site supervisors to meet daily project needs
* Ensure compliance with rigging procedures and slinging techniques
* Develop and follow lift plans and permits as required
* Identify hazards and implement control measures aligned with industry safety standards
* Inspect cranes and lifting equipment to ensure safety and compliance
* Maintain lifting equipment in a clean, operational, and safe condition
* Contribute to the development and signing of Safe Work Method Statements
What You'll Need:
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Construction White Card
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and random drug & alcohol testing
Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications:
* C6 or CO High-Risk Work Licence (Crane Operation)
* Basic or Intermediate Riggers High-Risk Work Licence
* Truck Driver's Licence (HR, HC, or MC)
* Other High-Risk Work Licences (WP, DG, RB, LF, SB)
* Safe Work at Heights certification
* Leading Hand or Supervisory experience
* Construction experience operating cranes and performing rigging duties
* Ability to read and interpret layout and general arrangement drawings

* New England BESS (NSW)
* Summerfield BESS (SA)
* Wellington BESS (NSW)
* Warradarge Wind Farm (WA)
* King Rocks Wind Farm (WA)
FIFO roles available from multiple locations across Australia.
Working away from home is a requirement for this role.
