Trade Counter Support Role
As a key member of the Trade Counter team in Sydney, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
* Providing expert customer advice on products
* Accurately quoting prices for both in-store and phone orders
* Picking and packing stock with precision and care
* Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
* Conducting occasional deliveries to customers using company vehicles
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information
* Proven ability to multitask, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
* Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
