Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
* Coordinate and attend marketing appointments and property photo shoots
* Manage pest, building, and strata inspections
* Conduct pre-settlement inspections
* Prepare auction and open home packs
* Assist with campaign coordination and database management
* Liaise professionally with vendors and buyers
* Ensure a seamless experience for all clients and support agents from listing through to settlement
What You Need:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a similar sales administration role within real estate
* Certificate of Registration (COR) is essential
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A proactive mindset and genuine desire to support a busy sales team
* Professional communication skills and a polished, client-first approach
