Overview Newly created Parts Coordinator position will be responsible for supporting the daily operations nationally.

This role contributes to the timely and accurate entry of Parts information, Processing of purchase orders, and maintenance of procurement-related data.

Working under the guidance of the Purchasing Team, the Parts Coordinator collaborates with internal departments such as Engineering, Logistics, Category Management, and Project Managers to ensure alignment with business requirements.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and update parts catalogues, ensuring accurate part numbers, descriptions, and specifications are entered into inventory system.
* Planning and scheduling of Freight and Sales in a timely manner
* Maintain and update existing data management systems
* Work with suppliers and manufacturers to confirm part details, availability, and changes.
* Liaise with freight companies and drivers regarding transport related matters
* Ensuring overdue orders are followed up.
* Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
* Identify and resolve delays in the supply chain
* Achievement of quality administration practices
* Manage and action all incoming emails and enquires.

Your Skillset:

* Can do attitude - Use initiative and take ownership of this role.
* Attention to detail in tracking and reporting.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience within Mining, FMCG or the manufacturing sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or procurement software systems. (MS Dynamics is highly desired)
* Understanding of supply chain processes, vendor management, and order timelines.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to accuracy.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
