Your Westpac Grad Journey
* You'll step into a permanent Graduate role, starting February 2026.
* Experience a 12, 18 or 24-month rotational journey, depending on your program.
* Be supported by a dedicated network of peers, leaders and mentors.
* Access customised learning and development to set you up for success.
* Ongoing support to prepare you for opportunities beyond the program.
Eligibility
We welcome applications from those:
* In their final year of university study, or who completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past three years.
* Australian or New Zealand citizens, or Australian Permanent Residents.
