About the opportunity
Mastermyne's pipeline of project work across New South Wales continues to grow into FY26, and we are seeking experienced underground coal mine operators who are looking to be part of something bigger. Our Projects Division delivers specialised project services across multiple mine sites and regions with a robust focus on quality, safety, and technical excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are keen to work across a diverse range of projects, develop new skills, and be exposed to different mine environments throughout NSW's Hunter, Western, and Illawarra regions.

About You
* Demonstrated experience as an underground coal miner/operator.
* Chemical application / pumping experience – Highly desirable.
* Generic Underground Induction.
* Current Order 43 Medical or willingness to update.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Committed to working safely and efficiently in underground coal environments.
* Flexible and willing to travel to different project sites.
* Looking for variety, challenge, and exposure to specialised project work.
