We are seeking a confident, motivated and detail focused Portfolio Assistant to join our energetic and supportive team at our Southport office.
In this role, you will work closely with an experienced Body Corporate Manager, supporting the coordination and day to day management of a diverse portfolio of schemes. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, ready to step up and genuinely interested in growing their career within the strata industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your day might include:
* Preparing and distributing meeting notices for Annual General Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Voting Outside Committee Meetings
* Reviewing and processing committee nominations and owners’ motions
* Assisting with meeting packs, reports, and minute taking
* Managing follow-up actions from meetings
* Maintaining accurate body corporate records and document portals
* Preparing Administration Agreements for signing
* Responding to general enquiries by phone and email
* Providing friendly, professional support to clients and stakeholders
* Gaining hands-on knowledge of Body Corporate and Community Management legislation
* Supporting your Body Corporate Manager and team in delivering outstanding service

Experience in body corporate administration is an advantage. However, we are equally keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills from administration, property, real estate, legal or customer service backgrounds.
An immediate start is preferred, however we are happy to wait for the right person with the right attitude and long term mindset.
