Grow the team, manage performance and implement succession plans.Operational Excellence: Act as an escalation point, manage contractors, drive strategy, innovation and continuous improvement across the portfolio, create new initiatives, uncover fresh perspective and review and challenge existing processes whilst upholding strong customer focus.Business Development: Seek out opportunities by utilising existing networks and creating new ones both internally and externally.
