The Mater Private Hospital Townsville Perioperative Services department provides surgical services across 16 theatres catering for adults and pediatrics with various specialties.
We offer flexible employment arrangements to suit your lifestyle, including Part Time, Full Time, or Casual roles.
* Assist the surgeon in the theatre setting, collaborating with the team to deliver excellent patient-centered care.
* Prepare operating theatres and patients for surgery, ensuring accurate documentation.
* Achieve optimal patient outcomes through effective care coordination.
* Demonstrate clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures, providing outstanding patient care.
What We're Looking For:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital perioperative setting.
* At least 2 years' recent Scrub/Scout experience.
* Prioritise working effectively in fast-paced environments.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
