Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of project delivery - not just coordinate it. You will take responsibility for end‐to‐end project delivery ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will manage multiple construction and installation projects, work remotely with frequent site travel, and make decisions, manage risk, and keep sites moving.
Responsibilities
* Manage construction and installation projects across South Australia
* Coordinate subcontractors, installers, and site activities
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and site safety standards
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and delivery outcomes
* Identify and resolve issues early to avoid delays and rework
* Liaise with clients, councils, and internal stakeholders
* Oversee quality control and project handover
* Minimise defects and reduce after‐sales issues
Qualifications & Requirements
You are a practical, experienced Project Manager comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and managing multiple projects:
* Experience in construction, civil, landscaping, or installation project management
* Strong understanding of WHS requirements in Australia
* Experience managing subcontractors and site‐based teams
* Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages
* Strong communication, problem‐solving skills, proactive, organised, and accountable approach
The role requires that you are:
* Based in South Australia
* Willing to travel regularly to project sites (metro and regional)
* Comfortable working from home and managing your own schedule

This is a work‐from‐home role with regular site travel, managing projects across metro and regional locations.
